Hey guys, I'm Cbin. I go by a lot of names, so call me whatever you want, I really do not care. I've played D&D constantly for about 7 (almost 8) years, and I've made it the only thing I really do outside of school and work and such. I really enjoy D&D, not particularly because of the combat or roleplay, but more so because of the pure creativity and lore in campaigns. It sparks my mind in ways I can't usually which is one of the reasons for me enjoying it so much. I do still enjoy combat and roleplay a lot though, but I might struggle to get into my characters voice sometimes. In terms of what I like to play, I dabble in a little bit of everything. I've played all the way from homebrew campaigns, to roleplay campaigns, to official campaigns, all the way to oneshots. I've played every genre immaginable ranging from high-fantasy, low-fantasy, sci-fi, historical, modern, horror, and puzzle.

Hey! It's been a long time since I've played D&D and I'm looking to get back into it with a group who is laid back and doesn't mind someone with a partial grasp of the (5e) ruleset. I'm interested in a longer campaign, starting at or close to level 1, to be able to grow through. I'm looking to find some great world building set in more of the medieval/high fantasy setting, though am not opposed to other aspects being interwoven. I just love swords, shields, magic, and monsters. I have a character that I'm really looking to have come to live at a virtual table, though I'm not opposed to modifying that if it were needed. Unfortunately, I have limited availability due to work, family, and other responsibilities/activities, but am looking to commit to weekly/bi-weekly games or whatever else might work. Hopefully with individuals who are understanding and accepting of aforementioned responsibilities. My ideal time to play would be Wednesdays when I finish work around 8:30pm (EST) or later. I might be able to make other times work, but as already stated, my availability at this moment is kind of limited. Some info about me: I'm 41, male, married, and have a daughter. I played D&D back in high school and early college for a while. Though it's been a bit since then, I've always gotten my fix through CRPGs (BG, Solasta, etc.), other video games, and board games. Hello all, I am an experienced GM that have been running and playing many types of ttrpgs since the early 80's. I have been running games online for sometime now and am comfortable using several VTTs as well as Discord. I prefer to GM over being a player and have ran a variety of ttrpg systems on- and off- line. When it comes to gaiming, I can be relied on to make the schedule regularly, barring health and some holidays. While I love all sorts of gaming styles, my preferred gaming includes a mix of strong roleplaying and combat. I really enjoy getting into character and experiencing others do the same. I live in the Pacific Time Zone and usually am avaliable during the week for gaming at 4pm or later, Sundays is special as I have a more open schedule from 8 am to midnight. My current preferred games are Marvel Multiverse, 2d20 Infinity, and Warhammer 4th ed (in-order of perference). I might be willing to run other games as well, but the above take priority.

Hello. I have been playing D&D 5e for 2 years, looking for a weekly game whether in 5e or 5.5e. Preferably evenings in the weekends, as I am available after 6 PM EST. Definitely can commit to a consistent weekly game night provided that if 1) IRL does not throw a wrench my way or 2) game is canceled. I enjoy a game where it is combat focused, in no way I am against roleplaying, could mix it up between the two. I am okay with character death, and games whether its homebrew, or official or games converted from different modules. My favorite class to play is the fighter and my go to favorite is the cavalier, a classic knight on horse subclass that defends his party and lives by his own code.

Over a decade plus of playing RPGs but not nearly enough as I'd have liked. I'm east coast based and work regular work hours, but down to fit my schedule with whatever works best with a group and don't mind varying timezones! Either weekly, bi-weekly, or whatever the best schedule fits for a group and I make it a point to always show up for each session unless something happens (I hate giving late notice). Hello I'm Cynthia (she/her) and a 27 year old trans woman. I've played TTRPGs for seven years now. I'm looking for a game that's starts around 18:00-22:00 in GMT+1. I can currently free up any evening that isn't Saturday. I love worldbuilding and making my character part of the DMs world as much as possible and don't mind fleshing out towns or countries of my characer if the DM is cool with it. While I enjoy roleplay a lot even if I can be silent on occasion I also really like combat. I enjoy mastering a system and doing well with it and using it to realize my character. I'm not a powergame or seek to break the game but I like playing a strong character/ a character really good at something, hence my preference for Pathfinder. I optimized my characters ability to dance well once. Its fun. I'm okay with most things being talked about in a game but exessive bodly harm being described in detail gives me the ick. But I'd appriciate a consent from anyway before the game starts. Helps set boundaries. The guide for writing this says to mention your favurite media and that would probably be Mass Effect 2. Particularlly the structure of the game where its almost episodic where you go from place to place and do favors and fix things for your eventual end goal is a lot of fun to me.

I’ve tried DMing one-shots for friends, but none of them either liked or invested themselves into playing D&D. I consider myself a roleplay-heavy focus player: As a writer, I live for complex, flawed characters and morally grey situations. I love stories where choices have real weight and tension. But – even if I didn't play a lot of combat – I view combat as an extension of the story that can be character-driven moments or character expression. I would be the kind of person to try to do combos with my teammates or attempt a risky backflip for the sake of the scene (even if I fail the check!). I like to make them cinematic and more realistic too. I love building deep connections with other player characters and working with the GM to weave my character's growth into the larger narrative. Hello! I am looking for a group/dm for me and my friend. I have years of experience, and past 3 years I have been a DM. My friend has been one of my players for almost 2 years. We use discord for voice/server, and can use any VTT (as long as its free ofc). We have the most experience with Owlbear VTT, and recently got to using Roll20. I'm an enthusiastic newbie ready to roll some dice on some crazy shenanigans! I am looking to join an enriching experience that will help me learn the ins and outs of D&D and TTRPGs in general, as well as community and good laughs. Coincidently, he uncovered letters from his late father with cyphers embedded within the pages. Now on a mission to read the hidden message in his father's letters, he has lately spent his recent days sneaking through sorcerer's libraries, and frequenting the local tavern, drowning his sorrows and curios in strong tea and thick books. Professor Zanzibar is an older gentlemen who's quite rough around the edges, yet inquisitive, methodecal, and contemplative. While he has few words, he's not afraid to piss anyone off with an opinion. Close friends may know him well enough to take his tactlessness with a grain of salt, or dismiss his grouchy behaviour with hugs he didn't ask for. He hates those, but he won't fight back. I'm an experienced player and GM with over 20 years experience with all manner of TTRPGs -- everything from D&D to Cyberpunk, Savage Worlds, Star Wars, and others. My favorite game is the Amber Diceless RPG. My favorite part of the game is the roleplaying, though I do love a good combat. I GM a lot more than I play. As a GM I’m firmly in the Simulationist camp, though I don’t take it to extremes. I want the settings of my games to feel real so that the player can be immersed in the world and in their characters. I also firmly believe in 100% player agency and will never presume to tell a player what their character should do, think, feel, or believe. My goal is to create scenarios that challenge both the character and their player so that they can feel a real sense of accomplishment when they succeed.

Player Experience I am still somewhat of a beginner at DnD, but I have played a few games, so I get most of the basics. Availability Almost any day of the week from 6 AM - 3 PM (GMT-5/CDT) Game Style Pretty flexible about playstyle and more than open to playing whatever the party needs, though the classes I have the most experience in are Barbarian and Druid. Open to most settings and campaigns whether they be more casual or 18+ though I would absolutely love to do a more gothic horror campaign like one around "Guide to the Eldritch Hunt" especially if it includes the "Bloodborne Monster Manual" As someone directly added the enemies from bloodborne to DnD which is what "Guide to the Eldritch Hunt" is based off of.

Hi, I've been a long term roleplayer since the 1980's (yep im old!). No played face to face for about 5-10 yrs. I knew early that I can't GM to save my life, however many times I tried. It was just no fun all round. I have played many various types of TTRPG's over my 40yrs of playing RPGs, from D&D to Cyberpunk 2020, GURPS & Judge Dredd. I enjoy light-hearted gaming, as making character based decisions & not being the magnificent unbeatablle hero is the most fun for me. I do play more serious games & campaigns. But tense horror is my least favourite. I AM NEW TO ONLINE TTRPG. This is where I feel the newbie patience may be required. I know the basics of MS Teams. Played D&D on and off for a few years, as well as some other ttrpgs, mainly homebrew versions of 5e. Recently moved away from friends but miss d&d and looking to get into it again!

Greetings adventurers! I'm Dan, I'm a ttrpg player and game master looking for more opportunities to enjoy stories with good folks! My main focus in any game (as either gm or player) is the collaborative storytelling experience. It's the single most important part of the experience to me. To that end, I find that the details of that experience changes depending on the system that is being used. If combat is a core part of that system (like in dnd) I expect there to be some combat. Right now I am most interested in heroic fantasy stories and gravitate towards games and systems in that genre (Daggerheart, DnD, PF2E, etc) but I am open minded and in general interested in branching out to new systems. As a father of 3 and a husband, my hard lines are no sexual violence and no violence to children. I am also not interested in my character being involved in romance with either pcs or npcs. I look forward to sharing many adventures and making new friends!

I have lots of reading and maybe 10 hours of actual play before scheduling TPK, so I'm mostly looking for somewhere that's less likely. I prefer parties that scout/plan ahead but I've survived a giant barb leeroy teammate with my second character so faster pace isn't a dealbreaker.

Hello, experienced PF2e player looking to get into a new game now that my regular late-week game has been cancelled. My first foray into TTRPGS was DnD 3.5 when I played a couple of times with some college friends after one of them saw me doodle maps and read my endless world-building notes. it wasn't until years later, when I was asked to join a Pathfinder 1e game, that I fell in love with TTRPGs. It's definitely my main hobby now. I've been steadily playing Pathfinder since 2016, both as a player and a GM. I moved to Pathfinder 2e in 2020 and have embraced that as my system of choice. I'm also open to playing Starfinder 2e since it uses the same core rules as PF2e. I'm already GMing a game so am not looking to run another, just want to be a player. I have experience using Fantasy Grounds, Roll20, and Foundry, though my preference would be to join a game that utilizes Foundry. I've utilitzed Discord for all the games that I've ran and have participated in. I'm available Thursdays through Saturdays, earliest I could start is 7pm CST, the latest I am able to stay in game is 12am CST. On Saturdays I'm much more flexible with my time. I would describe my play style as pretty versatile. I enjoy getting deep into role playing my characters, being strategic in combat, and deep diving into the rules and managing my resources. I like playing characters with a diverse skill set rather than focusing heavily into a single thing and will admit to being a min-maxer.
