, which won the 2019 ENNIE for Best Free Game, and it is described as more than a reskin. The Kickstarter campaign ran from 27 April to 27 May and raised $347,984 from 6,782 backers against a goal of $15,000. A retail release was slated for the fourth quarter of 2022 as a Deluxe Edition with a core rulebook of more than 400 pages, co-published by Absolute Tabletop with Modiphius Entertainment distributing to retail stores. A seafaring expansion, Sundered Isles, followed in 2024 and uses the Starforged system. The system directly evolved from Ironsworn, and it was followed by the expansion Sundered Isles.

Description

Players take on spacefaring heroes who travel to unknown parts of the galaxy and undertake quests. Prior experience with Ironsworn is not required, and the game keeps the original's solo play, with Guided (a Game Master (GM) moderates), Co-op (no GM) and Solo modes. Guided setup exercises cover campaign truths, character creation and starting situations, and the book includes generation rules for ships, planets, settlements and people. The game asks a table to build its own setting and story. The oracle tables suggest what happens, but the players decide what it means, and a solo player has to be comfortable playing both sides of the fiction. It suits groups and solo players who want a science fiction game with no preparation, more than groups who want a published setting and plot.

Kids on Brooms is a tabletop roleplaying game about young witches and wizards at a magic school, written by Jonathan Gilmour, Doug Levandowski and Spenser Starke, with art by Heather Vaughan, and published by Renegade Game Studios. It was announced in May 2020 as a 100-page full-colour softcover for two to six players aged 12 and up, with a release planned for August 2020, and it is powered by the Kids on Bikes engine. The system directly evolved from Kids on Bikes, the same designers' small-town mystery game. Description Players take on students at a school of magic, where strict instructors, mythical creatures and the school's own secrets make for mystery and danger. The Game Master (GM) and players design the school together, and the book includes rules for wands, potions and other magical items, and for riding brooms. Because the game is built on the Kids on Bikes framework, it is rules-light and narrative-first, and it suits groups who want a story-driven game with a young cast. The game asks a table to invent the school and its history together, and to accept that the characters are students and not experts.

Campaign Management
Traveller
Nav-Fi³ is a web-based campaign companion for the Traveller RPG, covering both the classic Third Imperium setting and Mongoose's 2300AD. Run your ship like a real operation: a time-aware financial ledger tracks income, costs, mortgages, and crew payroll against each vessel's account, with automatic PENDING/POSTED transitions synced to your campaign's calendar. Plot jump routes on an interactive TravellerMap-integrated navigator, manage cargo holds and speculative trade, and let The Cube (or 2300AD's The Link) generate freight, passenger, mail, salvage, and prize contracts on demand. Multi-user by design: a Referee can grant players granular access to piloting, cargo, or finance on a per-ship basis, suspend and reinstate them without touching the roster, and everyone logs in with Google or Discord (2FA supported). Crew records track status over time — active, MIA, deceased — and every session's changes surface in an automatic "Since Last Session" recap. Two settings, one interface: pick Traveller (with full Milieu/era support) or 2300AD (Gregorian calendar, Stutterwarp drives, colonial nations) from the sidebar — same tool, faithfully adapted rules underneath.
