Willing to learn new TTRPG systems beyond what I've got listed. Love both combat and RP, with a focus on the ladder, but I am down for new styles of play. Well met, stranger. I'm hiddenson. I've played different rpgs since the 90's, mostly as GM. I prefer GMing because I love world building and long-term campaigns. I revel in many layered plots that peel like a bag of onions, tuning preset worlds to my signature flavor of horror and hardcore mechanics. My style is deeply immersive, roleplay heavy, and Rule of Cool. I prefer acting in the first person with people who invest creativity in their characters. At the moment, I'd like to focus on horror games and Cyberpunk. I'd love to play other settings of the World of Darkness. I have extensive experience in Call of Cthulhu in the 1920's as well as in Cyberpunk 2020 so I'll adapt to new editions easily. Lastly, I have little to no experience in the other titles, but I'm eager to try them out. I lean into characters hungry for lore rather than riches. Think erudite professors risking their sanity in eldritch tomes, or tomb raiding archaeologists uncovering more than they bargained for. I recently launched a paid Vampire: The Masquerade Chronicle, so I'm willing to trade seats if our playstyles and game list match. Regarding scheduling, I'm available every day (but would prefer playing every other week) from 9pm to 2am GMT+2, so don't let the timezone be an obstacle to our meeting. Hi I'm Em, uni student in New Zealand. I have experience gming Ten candles, Lasers & Feelings and DND 5e. I've played DND 5.5, Call of Cuthulu, Dread, DND 5e. I'm very much interested in VTM (I'd like to play before maybe Storytelling), the Kids on Bikes system, Monster of the week and anything one page or one session focused. I'm also interested in Masks a New Generation and I'd be willing to learn to GM for an enthusiastic group. Some media influences I draw on are comics, wwe, fairy tales, and have a big soft spot for modern gothic tales such as What Moves the Dead by T Kingfisher. I've also enjoyed podcasts such as Welcome to Nightvale and something like Kids on Bikes or Monster of the Week might be cool with this vibe. When it comes to actual play I've watched some dimension twenty campaigns, a tiny bit of critical role, little LBYN, a good chunk of Dungeons Drakkenheim, a little bit of WBN and the whole concept of Private Nightmares is fascinating to me. DMing requirements. If you're interested in having me dm some form of session zero is required (even just ten to fifteen minutes beforehand) and for dming online a simple safety system such as lines and veils is non-negotiable. I'll play in voice, text, camera on. When it comes to my campaigns, no generative ai. Whether that's ai art, back stories, and please don't feed my narration into ai to try and get the optimal response, it's really lame and I won't want to DM for you. This is something I trust people on when I GM and I hope that trust is respected. Horror is something I enjoy but it's definitely not a requirement and I won't bring it into a campaign unless it's been pre-established that everyone at the table are on board for it (please don't ask me to spring horror on the other players without a temperature check, it's really not cool). Hello to you all potential players and people just looking around, my names Chaska. I'm a 25 year old DM from South Africa, been playing the game half my life and DMing for a good 9 years now. I'm obsessed with fantasy worlds and games around it, having spent plenty of time digging into everything from usual DnD to Conan, Warhammer, Lovecraft, Dark Sun, Cyberpunk, Shadowrun and much much more. As a DM my approach is very improv based, I love my players exploring everything they can and following threads I lay or even wanting to go out and make their own adventures so I'm rarely caught unprepared for what you all may have planned. I run most games in my own world, personally designed map and all the locations, filled it with as much content thats fun and unique that I could think of. Beyond that I still love running any system in any other world, be it VtM, Cyberpunk or generally just games people like.

Hello, I'm Jesse. I've been playing and Gamemastering for 20+ years. I started with D&D 3.0 and have grown with both the Dungeons & Dragons and Pathfinder environments. I love to explore other systems, as well, and have played more than my fair share of the White Wolf systems (especially, Vampire), The Mistborn Adventure Game and now the Cosmere RPG, Call of Cthulu, and the unofficial Pokemon TTRPGs (Pokemon: Tabletop United and Pokemon: Tabletop Adventures). I've stuck my nose in many others systems such as various GURPS and PbtA systems, Blades in the Dark, and many more large and small games. I haven't picked up a systems that I've been truly unfamiliar with in over a decade. My experience is a spectacular mix of in-person plays with local friends and congoers as well as remote plays via VTTs such as Roll20 and Foundry and Play-by-Post campaigns with online friends and strangers alike. I'm familiar with tools of all varieties and flexible enough to pick up all the new ones as they ship out. I'm always trying to find the right combination for me and my table. I want to add that professionally, my background is in both education and counseling and that you can be comfortable in knowing that I am a well-organized person with both the patience and skills to deescalate and find common ground. I DM'd a game with friends and family for a couple of years and have played a couple of long-form bi-weekly campaigns. I enjoyed the amount of creativity I could throw into being a DM, so I try to bring that to my playstyle. I like to really get into the character itself and love to build characters; I'm also happy to help other new players with their own characters if asked. I treat TTRPGs as collaborative storywriting efforts, so I'm just as happy to give the limelight to another player if the narrative or DM calls for it. As far as content goes, the only reservations I'd have about a game is if it involved themes of sexual violence/exploitation/abuse, harm against children or has a lot of edgelords in the playerbase. Hi! I'm 27 and still fairly new to TTRPGs. I'm currently playing in my first D&D 5e campaign and absolutely loving it, so I know the basics, but I'm definitely still learning as I go! I'm especially into the roleplay and storytelling side of the game. I love creating characters with actual personalities and backstories, getting invested in the rest of the party, character development, exploring the world, and all the little interactions that happen between the important tasks. I enjoy combat too — I just prefer a good balance rather than a campaign that's almost entirely combat-focused. I'd love to find a long-term campaign with a consistent group where our characters actually have time to grow and get to know each other. I'm easygoing, collaborative, and very happy to create a character around the setting and work with the GM rather than coming in with a story already set in stone. I'm from Argentina, but I work on US Central Time hours, so scheduling around US time zones is pretty easy for me. I'm generally available any day after 5 PM CT. English isn't my first language (Spanish is!), but I'm very comfortable speaking and understanding it. I might occasionally forget a word or need a second while improvising, but otherwise it shouldn't be an issue :) I'm looking for an 18+, LGBTQ+ friendly and newbie-friendly group with a chill, respectful atmosphere. Hey! I'm Tomb, a (technically) 6 year DND player (on and off and with a lot of "rule of cool" tables so not a veteran) looking for a game for Sunday Nights usually starting around 8 EST (though my schedule will probably open soon!) Im a storyteller at heart, with a big focus on worldbuilding, lore, and character driven narratives. I like getting into the depths of the worlds history and seeing what makes it tick while playing with harsh backstories that loom like shadows over the players, but I tend to shy away from GrimDark, I like some hope with my whump please! None of that means I don't like combat though, combat plays a really important part in a lot of stories and can be interesting in their own right! I do know a lot of the rules for DND 5e, I've been watching actual plays long enough to have picked up on the rules, but I prefer Homebrew over RAW and Rule of Cool over Rules Lawyering I'm a huge fan of actual plays, namely Campaign 2 of critical role, Dimension 20s Misfits and Magic, A Court of Fey and Flowers, and The Seven, a small one shot campaign called World's Apart, and the beginning half of Godsfall (before the cast imploded) Literature wise I'm an avid reader of high fantasy, Eragon being my favorite series, along with Harry Potter (fuck terfs), and a niche Midgrade series called Avalon: Web of Magic! TL;DR in the DMs Guide Player Types: Im an Explorer, a Problem Solver, and a Storyteller, but I'm more than willing to hit something along the way, i prefer Homebrew and Rule of Cool over RAW, and i want some found family/hope with my hard story beats! Hey, I'm Carn. I have about 6 years of TTRPG experience on both sides of the table across a small handful of systems. My schedule is fairly free currently, so I'm not especially picky about timeframe or game frequency. I tend to enjoy creating characters tied to already existing structures within the world in order to both work with the DM to flesh out a central region or organization of the campaign and anchor that character to a set of themes and locales that will likely be relevant to the campaign. I'm bigger on roleplay than combat, though I have no qualms with combat. I have no problem with character death so long as it is established as a possible threat from the getgo.
