Hi I'm Em, uni student in New Zealand. I have experience gming Ten candles, Lasers & Feelings and DND 5e. I've played DND 5.5, Call of Cuthulu, Dread, DND 5e. I'm very much interested in VTM (I'd like to play before maybe Storytelling), the Kids on Bikes system, Monster of the week and anything one page or one session focused. I'm also interested in Masks a New Generation and I'd be willing to learn to GM for an enthusiastic group. Some media influences I draw on are comics, wwe, fairy tales, and have a big soft spot for modern gothic tales such as What Moves the Dead by T Kingfisher. I've also enjoyed podcasts such as Welcome to Nightvale and something like Kids on Bikes or Monster of the Week might be cool with this vibe. When it comes to actual play I've watched some dimension twenty campaigns, a tiny bit of critical role, little LBYN, a good chunk of Dungeons Drakkenheim, a little bit of WBN and the whole concept of Private Nightmares is fascinating to me. DMing requirements. If you're interested in having me dm some form of session zero is required (even just ten to fifteen minutes beforehand) and for dming online a simple safety system such as lines and veils is non-negotiable. I'll play in voice, text, camera on. When it comes to my campaigns, no generative ai. Whether that's ai art, back stories, and please don't feed my narration into ai to try and get the optimal response, it's really lame and I won't want to DM for you. This is something I trust people on when I GM and I hope that trust is respected. Horror is something I enjoy but it's definitely not a requirement and I won't bring it into a campaign unless it's been pre-established that everyone at the table are on board for it (please don't ask me to spring horror on the other players without a temperature check, it's really not cool). Hiya! I'm Spark (he/him), and I've been playing ttrpgs for about 10 years in Italy. I've played mainly Dnd 5th edition as both a player and a DM, and in the meantime I've learnt a couple other systems. I create and use a lot of homebrew in the campaigns I master, mostly things I have plucked from other systems. I am currently mastering a campaing, so I am not available as a GM right now, but in the future I might. I think roleplay and storytelling is the core of every tabletop experience. Combat/gameplay and RP are not mutually exclusive- I find that how/why a character fights is/should reflect who that character is, and the technical stuff -such as buildmaking- helps make a game satisfying. I love the silly moments in serious sessions and the serious moments in silly sessions. I am happy to teach some things I learnt along the way to unexperienced players. Well met, stranger. I'm hiddenson. I've played different rpgs since the 90's, mostly as GM. I prefer GMing because I love world building and long-term campaigns. I revel in many layered plots that peel like a bag of onions, tuning preset worlds to my signature flavor of horror and hardcore mechanics. My style is deeply immersive, roleplay heavy, and Rule of Cool. I prefer acting in the first person with people who invest creativity in their characters. At the moment, I'd like to focus on horror games and Cyberpunk. I'd love to play other settings of the World of Darkness. I have extensive experience in Call of Cthulhu in the 1920's as well as in Cyberpunk 2020 so I'll adapt to new editions easily. Lastly, I have little to no experience in the other titles, but I'm eager to try them out. I lean into characters hungry for lore rather than riches. Think erudite professors risking their sanity in eldritch tomes, or tomb raiding archaeologists uncovering more than they bargained for. I recently launched a paid Vampire: The Masquerade Chronicle, so I'm willing to trade seats if our playstyles and game list match. Regarding scheduling, I'm available every day (but would prefer playing every other week) from 9pm to 2am GMT+2, so don't let the timezone be an obstacle to our meeting.
