Forever GM here looking to become a player. I would like to play a game that is roleplay and combat focused. I prefer mysteries and dark tones, so an Age of Umbra Daggerheart, Alien or Vaesen game works for me. Brindlewood Bay also hits my liking (it is not an option on the list). I have a lot of experience with Daggerheart if you need someone to also bounce ideas off of. Intermiediate experience with Vaesen and only played the Starter Set of Alien. I would love to try Brindlewood Bay (or any other mystery/detective system). Sunday, Tuesdays and Wendesdays are out of the question as they are my days that are always full, but I have flexible days other days. I am a travel photographer who has turned to a corporate portrait photographer. I love telling stories of people and places. I like taking that story telling to my table.

My name is Justin and i am 40 years old. I came to Cleveland, Ohio from Arkansas right out of prison looking to start a new life. I am new to rpg table top games but found that i enjoy playing them. I have not figured out what my favorite class is for any of them except for Starfinder where i enjoy playing an Ysoki Mechanic. I am down to learning any of the games i have tagged on the profile. Well met, stranger. I'm hiddenson. I've played different rpgs since the 90's, mostly as GM. I prefer GMing because I love world building and long-term campaigns. I revel in many layered plots that peel like a bag of onions, tuning preset worlds to my signature flavor of horror and hardcore mechanics. My style is deeply immersive, roleplay heavy, and Rule of Cool. I prefer acting in the first person with people who invest creativity in their characters. At the moment, I'd like to focus on horror games and Cyberpunk. I'd love to play other settings of the World of Darkness. I have extensive experience in Call of Cthulhu in the 1920's as well as in Cyberpunk 2020 so I'll adapt to new editions easily. Lastly, I have little to no experience in the other titles, but I'm eager to try them out. I lean into characters hungry for lore rather than riches. Think erudite professors risking their sanity in eldritch tomes, or tomb raiding archaeologists uncovering more than they bargained for. I recently launched a paid Vampire: The Masquerade Chronicle, so I'm willing to trade seats if our playstyles and game list match. Regarding scheduling, I'm available every day (but would prefer playing every other week) from 9pm to 2am GMT+2, so don't let the timezone be an obstacle to our meeting. I have been playing TTRPGs since 2009 and have played a great many games over the past 17 years. I am a Transgender Woman, and I tend to enjoy adventure-focused scenarios where the cozy elements are contextual rather than every session being focused on the mundane. I enjoy combat occasionally, but it's not my favorite. By far, I think I enjoy GMing more than playing, but I am happy to join and play the part in your group if you want me.

Hi, I'm James from the UK. I've been playing and GMing tabletop RPGs for a long time, and I enjoy trying different systems rather than sticking with one game. As you can probably tell from my system list, my tastes are pretty broad! I've played or run everything from Savage Worlds and Dragonbane to Alien, The One Ring, Star Wars, PbtA games, Blades in the Dark and plenty of others. I'm especially interested in Outgunned right now. I enjoy games where the players actually roleplay with each other rather than everything going through the GM. I like character interaction, collaborative storytelling and giving everyone their chance in the spotlight. Combat is great too, especially when it's exciting and has some narrative weight behind it. As a GM, I'm not interested in trying to beat the players. I want to give them situations to interact with, see what they come up with and make their characters look cool while still giving them meaningful challenges. As a player, I bring the same attitude: work with the group, support other people's moments, and help move things forward. I'm UK-based and mainly play online using Foundry VTT and Discord. My availability varies depending on the game, but I'm generally looking for UK/European evening times. I'm also happy playing with people who are completely new to a system. I don't expect everyone to know every rule before we start, especially considering half the fun for me is discovering games I haven't played before.

I am someone that enjoys playing character driven and story based game. I'm not really a megadungeon kind of guy. But I do enjoy some combat. Let's say 50:50 RP: combat ratio with it being ok if the roleplay is higher up to 100:0 I am looking for an online weekly table that does something like if a game gets cancelled, they play a one shot or online game instead or something like that, I don't care what, I just want to do something else if game night doesn't go to plan. I am fine with games during my nighttime as well as during the day, you just got to tell me the schedule first to see if I can make it. I am generally unavailable Saturday and Sunday day and Saturday night my time Even though my most played game is DnD, I enjoy playing other systems like Alien the roleplaying Game, Pathfinder and others. I am always down to learn a new game. If you made it this far, I hope I have left a good impression. My favourite video game at the moment is Baldur's Gate 3, My favourite books are Brandon Sanderson Cosmere and my dream job is to be a video game programmer.

I like roleplay heavy games, but having a fight is also good. I tend to homebrew stuff, because any game engine is just an invitation for creativity. Usually play sneaky-snoopy characters, chaos goblins and/or demons like Tyranny (my favorite!).

Hi! All told, I only have about a year of experience playing and GMing, and it's been a looong time, so I'm sure I'm quite rusty. My time zone is CST and my schedule is open. I have no strong preferences when it comes to frequency of sessions, system, or setting. Back when my friends and I actively played, I mostly GMed, using DnD 3.0/3.5, with a little Spycraft on the side. Even though that was years ago, I've never stopped thinking about RPGs, listening to actual play podcasts like The Adventure Zone and Acquisitions, Inc., reading random supplements and forum posts, and playing video games based on tabletop systems/adventures. I love backstory, lore, and worldbuilding and enjoy combat and dungeoncrawling, too. I remember my very first RPG session, when I was a kid, immediately opened my eyes to the creativity and improvisation that the format allows. All I'd done in our first battle was ready my weapon and lightly wound an unlucky bandit... while the far more experienced players of the group spent their first few turns positioning themselves technically, slinging buffs and debuffs, and throwing a tarp over the intimidating-as-hell bandit leader and then setting it ablaze with a torch. I was astounded; I knew I had to have more. The Discworld and Hitchhiker's Guide series of books are dear to me, though I'm down for nearly any fantastical story and setting (much like Pratchett and Adams themselves). Potentially relevant-to-tabletop video game series I've enjoyed are The Witcher, Knights of the Old Republic, Fallout, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, The Elder Scrolls, Divinity, Baldur's Gate, Final Fantasy, World of Warcraft, Legend of Grimrock, and many more. I like to let other players choose their specializations first, so I can try to fill any gaps we have, then build the character's background and motivation from there. That way, everyone who really wants to play a specific role is happy and the group as a whole is well-rounded. Plus, it's just fun to mix things up from game to game, so I've never really had a favorite class, though I do enjoy playing support (gotta have a healer/medic!). If you have the patience to help me shake off the rust and adapt to your setting and system, I'll do as much or as little reading, roleplaying, and rolling as you need. Ugh, this is really starting to sound like a sales pitch, ha ha... sorry. I'll finish by simply saying that I'm excited to meet you and see what adventures you've got brewing!

I have been an actor on stage since I was 5, have multiple performances over my life including but not limited to Shakespeare (Midsummer Night's Dream as Oberon), Rocky Horror Show (Frank N Furter) and Little Shop of Horrors (voice of Audrey II) and even performed for a week at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Most recently, I have appeared as Security Officer Shaun Kane in the sci fi movie "Offworld: Alien Planet", which is currently available for free on Amazon and other free movie streaming sites. In addition to this, I have been in 2 rock bands, and appeared on the UK Indie circuit as a Professional Wrestler! Since before I was 10 I have been an avid player of the Fighting Fantasy choose your own adventure gamebooks before getting my introduction to Games Workshop and Warhammer very early on in the 1990s. Despite all of this, I only actually started playing D&D just as everywhere was going into Lockdown due to a mixture of my other half and Stranger Things, discovering Critical Role shortly after. I now DM for D&D in several sessions a week in a couple of ongoing campaigns, and also GM both Candela Obscura and Daggerheart. I also GM Fallout 2d20 RPG and Free League's Alien RPG.

Hey. I'm not-lola. I'm a mid-thirties australian roleplayer who's been rolling dice and acting characters and creating worlds and all that jazz for a real long time. This hobby is kinda wild. You can have some real good times, and some real bad times. You can be bored out of your mind or on the absolute edge of your seat. It all depends on the people at the table, the story that's being created, the creativity and energy that is being brought to bear. I like high emotion, high roleplaying, smart storytelling, expansive worlds and unexpected outcomes. I've got a weakness for red spaceships, last stands, and extending trust against all the odds. My strength as a roleplayer is conveying character identity. For whatever reason the people I create tend to inspire some kind of emotion in other people, which tends to be good as it makes people care, even if it's caring about making sure that someone gets punched in the face. My weakness is memory. I don't hugely remember what i've done, which makes me double back, meander, over-emphasize or forget to follow through on something I set up earlier. This tends to make me a stronger player than a GM but I still run games and people still show up for them, so i'm probably doing something right.

I run an online D&D game atm, but would like to play in person, maybe something not d&d. I've played tons of RPGs over the years, and introduced my wife to the hobby, would like to play different sorts of games with different groups and styles just to do something different.

I love RPGs, exploration and adventure most of all. Combat and Roleplay are well and great but I want to explore and discover wonders and lost treasures. Think classic Sword & Sorcery over Tolkienesque fantasy. Though still a big tolkien fan

Veteran Player Returning to the Fold I am currently looking to dive back into a long-term weekly campaign after a year-long hiatus. I am particularly eager to explore the D&D 2024 rules or sink my teeth into the tactical depth of Pathfinder 2e. Or try something new like the Alien TTRPG Playstyle I am a "voice-first" roleplayer where I find creating a unique voice for the character as we play is the most effective way for me to discover their personality and motivations. Much more so than an overly detailed backstory before session 0. I so also love the "crunch" of mechanics just as much as the narrative. I am neurodivergent (AuDHD) so I do find consistancy of rules weirdly comforting, but I am also very happy for the "rule of cool" to apply! Experience I have been at this for over ten years, mostly as a player but have occassionally dipped my toes into DMing. I have a prolific history with character building—at one point managing over 100 unique builds on Roll20 (is my neurodoversity showing?), My favourite characters often started with unconventional concepts that challenged the mechanics or tropes in a fun way. Logistics and location Because I have aphantasia (no "mind's eye"), I don't do well with "theatre of the mind" for complex scenarios. I thrive at tables that use tactical maps and VTTs (like Foundry or Roll20), as they allow me to engage fully with the positioning and strategy of the game. I am based in the UK, but happy to play online with any English speaking group that plays GMT/UTC evenings. Open to IRL games dependant on location and time. Pick Me! Pick Me! Hi I live in Gran kommune, one hour north of Oslo in Norway. I have been playing and GMing since the 1980s. I believe that i am a suportive player. I some times struggle with atttention, so I prefere shorter sessions, especially online. My GM style is balanced, but with a tendencie for "Action bias". I am not strong on "tactical combat" and optimal character-builds, and prefere creativity, rulings over rules and theater of the mind. (Even thogh I own four 3d printers and to much terrain and miniatures :) ) I prefere to run scenarioes and campeigns with some investigation, exploration and mystery over classic dungeon crawls.

RPGs and story telling have been a major part of my life for over a decade. I love building narratives and characters as well as some homebrew mechanics. I'm generally very casual and non-confrontational, I take rp seriously but in the end the goal of rpgs is to have fun.

Open to in-person or online gaming. I have kids, so working around family schedule is a consideration. Generally, I lean to more narrative gaming than combat oriented. A combat map + hours to resolve combat is a turn off to me. I've played a long 5e campain in the past (over a year with weekly online / Discord meetups), but i am not so interested in most 5e anymore. I've run some short Mothership 0e and Mork Borg campaigns as well as a number of one shots in other systems.

Hello! I'm shai, nice to meet you! I am a busy student and artist, who hasn't played in a while. I am looking for an online game that runs any day for now but I do have work. That schedule is current for the next two months, but then after that, I am not available Wednesdays or Fridays I am very very new. I say this because I've only played two homebrew campaigns, and even then I didn't quite get a good grasp on it. Also, I didn't even know that there were so many different types of campaigns like Star Wars or Blade Runner, Insane. That sounds so cool. I'm pretty much down for any kind of campaign. I will probably just do a little bit of research before hand as I'm not familiar with too many! I am looking forward to joining something!
