A bit about my DnD experience? I've been playing for about 7 years. I've never finished a campaign but I've been in multiple long term campaigns. Currently I am in four, two online, two in person, all have been going for more than a year. I have been both a player and a DM but personally, dmming just wasn't for me. It felt like a job to me as opposed to feeling like I'm playing a game with friends. I get very heavily into role play and prefer the role play experience to the combat, but that's not to say I don't like or want combat. I love building character relationships and dynamics and watching as relationships change throughout the campaign. Im also a very detailed note taker. In all four of my campaigns I'm considered the best note taker and am usually for this reason the one that does recaps whenever we have longer pauses than usual. In my online campaigns I even go as far as to post my notes in a designated Discord Channel for everyone to see and look back on.
I am located on the West Coast in PST, and my preferred pronouns are they/them, although I will also respond to she/her pronouns.

Hi there! My name is Joy. Im 28 and non-binary. My friends and I are looking for a DM to run a game for us. Preferably in Faerun or Exandria. There's currently five players. We're all four AFAB but three of us are Nonbinary and prefer they/them pronouns. We vary in age from 21-29 and would prefer the DM be at least 21 if not older.
We dont have a preference of gender identity, just so long as you're chill and we all vibe!
We already have characters with some sort of arts ready. (We use a lot of Piccrew). As well as how our characters meet.
The group currently consists of a
Drow Cleric
Fire Genasi Bard
Goblin Barbarian
Elf Warlock
And Tiefling Druid
We have a discord server where everyone currently discusses and plans. We also have helpful information in some channels. I will probably be the main point of contact until we get settled on if you're gonna DM for us or not. We're hoping to play on Thursdays starting at 530pm PST/630pm MST/730pm CST/830pm EST. With the first session hopefully on July 30th.
