Hey there! I'm currently looking for someone interested in running a long term 1x1/duet style DnD campaign over Discord through PBP. I’m completely new to actually playing but I’ve consumed a lot of DnD media and have been wanting to finally jump in myself. I’d love something beginner friendly where I can learn while we play rather than needing to know every single rule immediately. What I’m looking for: ++ A story heavy and character focused experience ++ Long term progression and sandbox style exploration ++ Collaborative storytelling and character development ++ A slower paced, immersive vibe over rapid fire posting ++ Someone patient and willing to help a newer player learn (please be okay with possibly answering a million questions lol) ++ Interesting NPCs and relationships ++ Real consequences and choices that matter Open to: ++ Homebrew ++ Official settings ++ Mixed roleplay/combat/exploration balance ++ Ongoing side plots and character arcs ++ Playing within an already established setting/world or building a world together A little about me as a player: ++ I’m a bit shy at first, especially with voice/group settings which is why duet style PBP appeals to me so much ++ I really love detailed writing and collaborative storytelling ++ I’m pretty active and can usually reply multiple times a day depending on schedule!
