Hello! Here I hope to find a like-minded group of friends to play with. I'm only a player for now, but wish to start GM someday. Gameplay I look for: - Immersive is a strong preference (want to say highly immersive?). With tension at the table, meaningful consequences, and a group that takes the game seriously without taking themselves too seriously. - And I'd like to see somewhat of a gritty, high-stakes, even violent game, where death is a real possibility and every survival feels earned. But if it's not, and you just want to be my friend (yey!) - hit me anyway, we'll figure something out. Availability: - Reasonable GMT+3 time on weekends. Orient on range from 10AM to 10PM, but negotiable. - I will show up if I said so, and I will notify if I won't be able to show up. Group requirements: - Mature and proactive individuals, preferably around late 20s age range. System preferences: - Open to anything that serves intended gameplay. My experience: - Have several years of TTRPG with me, quite familiar with mainstream rules systems like DnD, Pathfinder, GURPS, comfortable with roleplay and storytelling. - But that was some time ago, so consider me a new player with a bit of a head start. My playstyle: - Team first. I like to see everyone at the table involved in the game and having fun. - Tactically aware. I like to see team planning and performing together on difficult situations. - In character. I like to play my character and choose to not meta-game even when it will cost me something important. - I accept the dice and death. I like the stakes and the tension intended to build a team out of individuals at the table. Within some immersible limits, of course. Language: - Only English. I'm somewhat fluent, my accent is wannabe british and reported to be understandable. But it's not native and I may lack a bit of confidence. - I do have a decent quality mic. Platform preferences: - Any VTT, voice via Discord Mature content tolerance: - Physical violence and mature content is acceptable (only in-game, never in-life) - By exception of heavy on-child or on-animal violence - And by exception of heavily sexualized violence And it would be nice to find some like-minded friends to conversate (I do like a bit of interesting small talk about life and culture and everything) and to game with occasionally (currently obsessed with Ready or Not and The Finals, but will pick up anything teamplay oriented and communication-inducing) Thank you for reading Wish you a great day.
