Hey everyone, I’m a brand-new TTRPG player looking for my first proper campaign. I’m drawn to the storytelling, strategy, and character-driven sides of the game rather than combat-heavy hack-and-slash. I’ve already prepped two character concepts one for D&D 5e and one for Blades in the Dark—both built around planning, social interaction, and problem-solving. What I’m looking for: - Roleplay, exploration, and collaborative story-building. - A game where choices, consequences, and tactics actually matter. - An experienced, patient GM/group willing to show a newbie the ropes. I know how frustrating passive players are. I am self-motivated, proactive, and engaged. I promise to read the materials, show up prepared, and drive the story forward (I am absolutely not the type to sit in silence and wait to be told what to do).
