🌍🌍〰️〰️〰️ | Exploration ⚔️⚔️⚔️〰️〰️ | Combat 🎭🎭🎭〰️〰️ | Social RP & Drama 🧩〰️〰️〰️〰️ | Puzzles 😂😂😂〰️〰️ | Humor # About the Campaign 🧑‍🏫 Learn the Game | 🎲 Sit and Play! | 😄 Have Fun! Marlowe Fairwind, the right-hand sorcerer of King Emeris, has gathered her most trusted allies to carry an important package to Hush, a small village within the ancient forest of Sablewood. The crate is large, heavy and sealed with magic, addressed to the Whitefire Arcanist. You’ve been given a map and a carriage, and the promise of reward upon your arrival. # What This Campaign Offers 🎓 Learn Daggerherat - A quick rundown of the mechanics, providing pre-made characters, complete with suggestions of links and background questions to help you immerse yourself. ⚖️ An All-round experience – Combat, exploration, roleplaying, social encounters and magical places. Get a taste of everything applied to the system of Daggerheart, and find out how it works for you! ✨ Whimsy - Although the campaign is short, the city of Hush and its inhabitants carry a certain whimsy and magic within them, making them fun personalities to engage with, so the session aims to be fun and light-hearted. ⏳ No Prep One Shot - You don't need to do any work; just show up to the game, and I'll teach all the rules and offer characters. Just sit down, learn the game, play a session and we're done! 🐣 Kid Friendly - Sablewood Messengers's only heavy themes are the inclusion of Undeads and Violence. The undeads can be easily re-skinned to something more friendly, and the combat can be quirky and silly if needed. Other than that, it's magic, fairies and songs! # In-Depth Campaign Structure Designed with beginners in mind, Sablewood Messengers is often called the Quickstart. It was released alongside Daggerheart as a free content to help players get into the game easily. It's a single session which includes explaining the game, going through two possible combats, and social encounters with a magical city and a quirky fairy grandma, with a lot of room for players and characters to interact and become closer throughout their travel. Characters are included in the module, and they have a suggestion of how they connect already included in their backgrounds, as well as questions prepared to help players strengthen these bonds. The game's rules are very simple, and can be explained within an hour. # Preparing For The Session You'll need accounts on Roll20 and Discord. No character creation needed! Characters will be provided at the start of the session! Payment and scheduling is done through [StartPlaying.Games](http://StartPlaying.Games) # About Me! Hey there! I'm Erick, and I have been a regular RPG player since 2015, but I've been involved in the world of RPGs and have been a fan since I was a little kid, when my brother used to GM for me. I'm a big fan of game design in general; so I also enjoy creating content and tweaking the rules as needed. I've played a few other systems, but D&D 5th Edition is my favorite by far. RPGs are my favorite hobby, and I believe they have immense narrative, rational and therapeutic value. I am happy to teach newcomers and engage with veterans alike. Although I embrace heavy themes and take the narrative itself seriously within the game, our communion as writers and players is something very light and comfortable for me. We'll use battlemaps for all scenes that include a scuffle, and mostly use theater of the mind for the rest of the scenes; although I do share the images that I use as reference for locations, when there are any. We'll use music to set the vibe as we play, as well as some sound effects, all integrated within Roll20. I got a firm grasp of the rules, and I am lax with them, trying to create a flow on scenes, without losing balance. Preparing to play on the 17th, 19th and 23rd of October, depending on your preference! Mystery in Durst Manor | D&D 5e (2014) One-shot

Paid game
The Game Master charges a fee to run the game.
Horror
The game leans into fear, tension and dark themes.
Start spooky season early with a mystery and a dungeon crawl for Level Two Adventurers! You and your friends get sucked into a video game and find yourselves in the bodies of your avatars. You can't log off. You don't know what happens if you die. Your only hope is to win the game. - Explore a dungeon in a virtual world. - Fight any monsters that get in your way. - Escape with your lives. For fans of Dungeon Crawler Carl, Jumanji, or Sword Art Online, this one-shot turns a classic gothic horror D&D adventure into an isekai/portal fantasy.  Create your D&D character at Level Two as normal, except for your personality traits, ideals, bonds, flaws, and backstory. For those pieces, imagine an Earth-human who would create this D&D character as an avatar in an online RPG. Use the 27-Point-Buy method for your stats. You may use the following 5th Edition resources for character creation: - Player's Handbook - Volo's Guide to Monsters - Tasha's Cauldron of Everything - Xanathar's Guide to Everything - Mythic Odysseys of Theros - Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft When your character sheet is finished, send a copy to the DM. This game is also posted on StartPlaying.Games for $15 https://startplaying.games/adventure/cmtnkf5ec00rfk3045bov09g0?ref=clsweaag8006e6ql9qjn0369w
