I'm a game designer, and I'm looking for a group of great players to help me playtest the crap out of it. Anyone willing to playtest will get a free digital copy of Prosperon on the house. I was thinking of running sessions every other week on Saturdays, since I already run a podcast campaign weekly. If you're interested, sign up and let’s have a blast. To give you an idea of the gameplay style, it’s about 65% roleplay and 35% combat, though that really depends on the group’s dynamics. If you all want more combat, I can absolutely make that happen. The game is a cyberpunk/biopunk mix set in a dystopian society on a distant planet far from Earth. Humanity colonized a world called Khaelmora, later renamed Prosperon by the human settlers. If you're interested, let’s get those dice rolling and have a good time. I just wanted to add that I’m also looking to start a play‑by‑post group. I still want to run a VTT game, of course, but a play‑by‑post format could be fun too.

Hi.  I run a game on Discord, Tuesday nights, 7 PM Eastern.  It’s a fantasy game…sometimes.  It’s sci-fi set in Shanghai…well, maybe next week.  It was a western a week ago, I think, or was that gothic horror? The game has you as a special agent, traveling to alternate histories for a massive, multi-reality travel agency.  Because all possibilities are possible, you can be whatever you want (within reason, about as powerful as an X-Man/Teen Titan and you must appear as human or at least as something that’s common in reality like a squirrel or something).  Our group has a Fae cowboy, and a dieselpunk femme fatale.  In the past we've had robots, intelligent sand, hive-mind insect swarms and so on.  You come up with the concept and we’ll make it happen.  We prefer your character appear human-like or at least be something one would see in reality (a cat or at least something that could wear a holo projector to appear human). The game uses GURPS – a very old, crunchy and confusing game engine.  However, you will not have to do anything, just tell me what you want & I do the numbers.  I (the GM) am so backwards that we do not use AI or software.  I use a paper map and puppets. A bit about the group.  We may have one person, maybe more, leaving and we need a replacement.  This is not set in stone & cannot guarantee this will happen.  The group is mostly younger (20’s-30’s) & mostly women.  Therefore, I would prefer anyone joining to be a woman or at the very least not be weird about it.  This will get you immediately banned.  Please be nice and professional. We’re looking for the following: Foremost is a good personality and a sense of humor (not “my friends think I’m funny"), like actually funny and personality means to have one.  You can be shy and awkward, but don’t bring the mood down.  Next is consistency.  We’d prefer someone that can show up.  We play once per week, and you will need to consider that if you feel it will be an issue.  Finally, we are Newb friendly and pro LGBT.  All we ask that you don’t be a jerk.   We do sometimes say naughty words and drink adult beverages.  Well, at least I do.  This is actually a very special thing we have going on so please take that in consideration.   It's not your average game.   I'd suggest listening in first & you can make up your mind from there.  I’d suggest filling out the questionnaire or you can reach out to me directly at @yeroldpalwill. The Greensteel Corsairs are the most daring and notorious pirates of the Gilead system. Despite being composed mostly of Aeldari, the Emerald Princess has begun to bring others into the fold. The corsairs do not always trust these outsiders and they are often given the most dangerous of missions to prove their worth. Our heroes are no different, gathered together because of their unique skill they have been tasked with a mission. To infiltrate the lair of the Haemonculi Caraxus and steal a powerful relic; The Heart of Mathlann. Having been sent under the guise of prisoners sold to the Haemonculi they must find the relic and escape.Their efforts will reveal a drama unfolding in the wider galaxy and a map to a legendary treasure. A relic from a fearsome Aeldari corsair that could change not only their lives but the lives of the countless souls that call Gilead home. Together they will roam the wine dark sea and test their mettle against the worst the sector has to offer, for at the end of their journey the last gift of The Crimson Prince awaits. OOC Information While set in the Grimdark setting of the 41st Millenium this game will have a much lighter tone with a greater emphasis on high adventure and daring escapades rather than the usual doom and gloom that pervades the setting. While predominately an aeldari based story players will be able to pick from a variety of non-aeldari races. No experience with either Wrath & Glory is required. This is a beginner friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly game. Hatefulness, bigotry and anti social behavior will not be tolerated. Game time starts at 8pm est runs on a weekly basis every Thursday.
