Description

Defend your Kobold home! Still looking for a 5th player for the last in a series of one-shot scenarios, intended to get players used to how combat works in Pathfinder 1e, let players try out different character classes without a long-term commitment, and see if the players and GM "click" as a group. In a reversal of the normal hero/villain roles, you’ll choose 1 of 10 pre-generated Kobold characters, using your second-level character class abilities and innate Kobold talents to defend your home tunnels from nasty demi-human interlopers. Being small and physically weak, you’ll need stealth, tactics, and dirty tricks to resist foes who would at first seem to be the superior force. For inspirational reading, see Roger Moore’s article “Tucker’s Kobolds” that appeared in Dragon magazine #127. (Do a web search for "Tucker's Kobolds" if you are unfamiliar with the story.) System: Pathfinder 1st Edition Language: English Group size: Looking for a total of 5 players. Next game: Tuesday June 30, 1:00pm EDT, which is 6:00pm BST Session Length: Allowing some extra time in the sessions to accommodate newcomers to the system, probably two 4-hour sessions per scenario. Communication: Roll20 for maps & tokens, audio, and video. I'll need to email character sheets to players. Tone: Beginner-friendly. Combat oriented, but if we mesh as a group, it might transition to a different campaign with a better combat/roleplaying balance. Character sheets are in the form of pre-filled-out PDFs. Select from a Kobold Alchemist, Barbarian, Fighter, Magus, Oracle, Poisoner, Ranger, Sniper, Sorcerer, or Trapsmith. Send a personal message to me if you'd like to see them. A little about me: I'm in the US, but the time I would like to run the game (6:00 BSTT on Tuesdays) is a time at which people are more likely to be free in Europe than in North America. I've been playing TTRPGs since probably '79 or '80, GM'ing off and on during that time. I've been playing Pathfinder 1e (not exclusively) since probably 2010, and it is my preferred system. I now have more time on my hands and would like to restart GMing.

Iron Gods Adventure Path 1st Edition Pathfinder

Adult
The table is for players who are 18 or over.
Hello, My Pathfinder 1E group is looking for a player to join us for the Iron Gods adventure path. We just started Book 2 so there's still plenty of adventure path left for new players. The AP focuses more on exploration and combat (more of a dungeon crawl), though there are opportunities for roleplaying as well. Our schedule is set for Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5-9 PM US EST time. You MUST be available on both days, as we use one as a backup day in case we can't play on the other. Here's what we're searching for in a player: ⦁ Someone who understands the basics of Pathfinder 1E - movement, combat options, action economy, for example. ⦁ Tying into the above, someone who pays attention during combat and executes their turn quickly. In tough situations taking extra time is understandable. ⦁ Someone who understands how to use the Pathfinder Community Sheet. ⦁ No rules-lawyers or munchkins. ⦁ Someone who will work with the group and is looking for cooperative gameplay. ⦁ An individual who takes initiative between sessions to discuss options and plans with the party, as well as advancing personal goals with the GM. Character creation rules: ⦁ 25 point buy (minimum of 7, maximum of 20 in a stat after racial modifiers) ⦁ 2 traits (1 must be a campaign trait from Iron Gods), no drawbacks ⦁ No characters that rely on controlling multiple units (spam summoners, animal companion shenanigans, familiar transformations and archetypes) ⦁ Start at Level 5 with WBL-1. ⦁ Max HP for the first 3 levels; Roll 2HDkh1 in roll20 for subsequent levels past 3rd. Example: [] ⦁ We have a set of House Rules you'll need to read here: https://drive.proton.me/urls/PKF331DGEG#oGAy277XYfuK Once you read those and are certain you're fine with them, you can contact the GM on Roll20 (I'm A Cyberlich) or on Fluxer (Neutral_Evil#4919). Have a character concept ready to pitch to the GM (not a "build") and we'll set up a voice chat to discuss any further questions.

Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
2hr sessions every Friday 9pm UK / 10pm France / 4pm East Coast US. (Make no mistake, we pack a lot into the short run time and get straight down to business at game time). This is an invitation to join an established group of 3 players who take turns with the GM role. We are currently playing Pathfinder 1E but we have played other systems, and possibly will play more in the future. Right now, you'd be jumping into an adventure at level 6 tracking down a missing wizard in an abandoned part of the city. In this campaign story is the main driver, not combat, although both aspects are represented. I want to know what you hope to get out of the game. What are your favourite parts of playing?

Beyond the hearth lie forgotten roads, the halls of fallen kings, and a Shadow stirring in the forgotten corners of Middle-earth. Your journey begins in Bree, where rumours of ancient ruins, growing unrest, and the lingering memory of Angmar draw an unlikely fellowship onto the road. Of Hope and Other Sorrows is a Tolkien-grounded, roleplay-heavy sandbox campaign where exploration, friendships, difficult choices, and small acts of courage shape an unfolding story. Your adventures also share a living world with my established Thursday campaign. Through letters, rumours, and discoveries, the actions of one fellowship may influence the fate of another. What to expect: Meaningful roleplay, exploration, mystery, and occasional dangerous combat. A reactive world shaped by your choices and character backstories. A welcoming, collaborative table for newcomers and veterans alike. When: Tuesdays, 18:30 UTC (2–3 hours) Where: Discord + D&D Beyond Maps Price: $20 per session Spaces: 5 available; 2 more players needed to begin. No previous experience with Tolkien's RPGs required. I'll help you create a character who belongs in Middle-earth. Join the fellowship: https://startplaying.games/adventure/cmrxzii1k00a9jr04ev58nj36
