For thousands of years generation after generation of students have sought knowledge here, and now it is your turn! 🧙🏿‍♂️ Magical Academy Setting 🎓 The adventure will take you through the entirety of your academic career, possibly spanning decades. While you may be barely able to cast a cantrip, as you join as an initiate, by the midpoint of the campaign you'll have become a teacher yourself imparting what wisdom you have learned to a new generation of students. Of course, doing homework and grading exams is not all you will do. No, fairly early on in your stay at the Magaambya you will get wrapped up in a mysterious conspiracy. While at first you'll have to deal with a strange gremlin infestation or fight off giant insects, seemingly unconnected threats will start coming together, to reveal a far larger threat, not only to the school, but to the world! 🌳 Unique Location 🪘 The Mwangi Expanse, where the game takes place, is heavily inspired by African culture and heritage, which makes it distinct from the more traditional Eurocentric, medieval-inspired setting that most Adventure Paths present, giving it its own unique flair and flavor. 🎲 Full Level Experience 📚 Unlike most modern APs, the Strength of Thousands Adventure Path covers the full range from level 1 to level 20. Grow from humble beginnings to legends! ⚔️ DEI Friendly ✊🏿 The Magaambya is a very inclusive place, and you will find all kinds of unusual creatures here. Ancestries like undead or artificial ones are welcome, as long as they play by the same rules that apply to everyone else. And even traditionally non-magical classes like fighters or rogues will have their place in the academy! 🚫 Comparison to that "other" magic school (you know which one) 🚫 This is not a place for children. Your characters are all adults, albeit young ones are quite possible. Yet there is no age restriction and quite a few students come to the Magaambya in their later years. My group is about to start a new campaign of Pathfinder 2nd edition. We're still in the middle of deciding a central theme to the campaign, but the central focus will be the goals of the player characters. This won't be a campaign where your backstory comes up sometimes - it will determine where your adventures take you. It's not a problem if you don't know Pathfinder! We all come from a D&D background, and we'd be happy to help you learn the system.

**Quest for the Frozen Flame:** In the brutal tundra of the Realm of the Mammoth Lords, only the hardiest folk have what it takes to withstand unsparing weather, track down big game, and fight back hostile followings. The Broken Tusk following has survived another winter, but a new year just began, and signs of danger foretell a year unlike any before. Unless their newest party of scouts can secure a safe route through the wilds, saber-toothed beasts, warmongering rivals, and the ever-looming possibility of natural disaster all threaten to end an ancient people’s legacy. Will the Broken Tusks succumb to the elements and surrender to their rivals? Or will you guide your following to glory and reclaim a stolen birthright? ## The Game: -We will hold a Session 0 to get to know each other, and work on character creation/party formation. **Session 0 will be free**. -New Players are welcomed and will be assisted, whether you are new to Foundry or Pathfinder 2e! -“In this campaign for Pathfinder Second Edition, you’ll lead your fellow hunter-gatherers across primordial lands, face off against dinosaurs and megafauna, and unearth the legendary past of your ancient people.” -Quest for the Frozen Flame Player's Guide -Quest for the Frozen Flame is a stone-age adventure with a more structured 1st and 3rd act and a hex-crawl heavy second act. It has some flaws as written, mainly due to scarcity of loot which I will be directly adressing. -The unique setting/atmosphere lends itself to roleplaying and challenges not normally seen in your typical medievel high-fantasy, which should be a nice break for those with standard setting burnout. -**The Adventure will take you from level 1 to 11.** -I consider myself skilled at running interesting/challenging combat. I will customize the difficulty of the combat based on the party’s wishes/composition. -Sessions will last around 3 hours. -Discord for Voice Chat. -The Foundry Module for this adventure will be used. ## Your DM: -7 Year’s Experience Running DND 5th Edition. 5 years as a professional DM. Currently Run: 5e, PF2e, SF2e, Star Wars FFG. -Available nearly 24/7, excluding my sleep hours. Always willing to answer questions. ## What is expected of you? -Respect is a must and I will not tolerate player conflicts, PVP, or any type of disrespectful behavior towards the other players. No graphic sexual content. Players who violate this Social Contract will be removed. -Be on time, as this is basic respect for myself and the others. Missing a session will be allowed with prior notice, with no charge. Sessions will still go forward as long as we have 3 players and no major plot moments. -Have a reasonable quality microphone (be intelligible), Discord and use push to talk.
